Christopher founded Starfire Properties to make the off‑campus rental process easy to navigate for students and their families. His ability to simplify the experience and provide clear guidance to first‑time renters comes from more than a decade of renting to hundreds of college students from TCNJ and Rider University.
His introduction to student housing began during his own years at TCNJ, when he lived off campus. That experience showed him what really matters to students and their families: a safe place to live, a home that is well‑maintained, and comfortable spaces to share with friends. Those same priorities still guide how Starfire Properties operates today.
