Christopher Guerriero, owner and member of Starfire Properties LLC, built the company on his firsthand experience as a student tenant and his long career in residential construction.
While attending TCNJ, Chris lived off-campus and saw what students and their families truly need in a safe, comfortable rental home. Now, with over 18 years of construction and property care experience behind him, he applies his combined experience in construction and student housing to deliver homes that are clean, reliable, and professionally maintained. He has been renting to college students for over a decade.
