Meet the Landlord

Chris knows what off‑campus living is like, having lived off‑campus himself while attending TCNJ. That experience showed him what really matters to students and their parents: a safe place to live, a home that is well-maintained, and comfortable spaces to share with friends. Those same priorities still guide how he runs every Starfire property today.

With more than 18 years in residential construction and property care, Chris brings hands‑on expertise to maintaining each home.  He has been renting to college students for over a decade, so he understands exactly what it takes to keep an off‑campus home running smoothly.

Outside of Starfire Properties, Christopher is a registered Home Improvement Contractor and the owner of The Renovation Company (NJrenovate.com) where he performs everything from minor repairs to whole house renovations. He is also the owner of Extra Mile Home Inspection Services (NJextramile.com), a licensed New Jersey inspection company known for thorough evaluations of residential properties.
