Christopher Guerriero is the owner and member of Starfire Properties LLC, a company built on his firsthand experience as a student tenant and his long career in residential construction.
While attending TCNJ, he lived off-campus and saw what students and their families truly need in a safe, comfortable rental home. Now, with over 18 years of construction and property care experience behind him, he applies his combined experience in construction and student housing to deliver homes that are clean, reliable, and professionally maintained. He has been renting to college students for over a decade.
Christopher is a registered Home Improvement Contractor and owner of The Renovation Company, where he handles everything from minor repairs to full-scale renovations. He is also the sole owner of Extra Mile Home Inspection Services, a New Jersey State licensed firm that provides thorough evaluations of residential properties. Thanks to his hand-on expertise, every Starfire home is held to the high standards for safety, quality, and peace of mind.
