Connected Living is a rare opportunity for 14 students to live in two back-to-back homes on adjoining properties.


Each home has its own address, a separate entrance, 7 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry, giving your group the comfort of independent living with the convenience of being right next door to your friends.


It's an ideal set-up for sports teams, Greek organizations, clubs, or friend groups who want to live close together while still enjoying the space and features of two full homes.
